    Tuning for M50 Stroker Help

So shortly I will be building an M50tu stroker/S50 clone. The parts I will be using:
    M54 3.0 crank
    M54 pistons/rods
    21.5lb injectors from m52
    S50 Cams

My 413 ECU will need a tune. I have a Miller W.A.R. chip (great product, shit support), and will be using an S50 performance tune as a base.
How can I modify an S50 tune to better suit the build? The base I'm working with is essentially the same as an S50 performance chip tune sold by various companies.
Should I modify the tune at all?
Everything seems to be happening at once, so bare with me if I've overlooked anything. It would be great to have my car in the coming weeks.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Get wide band O2 sensors and Dyno to determine need for different tune.
