Hello, I'm new here and I have been reading quite a bit on this site and others about E46 BMWs. I am looking to get one, possibly a ZHP, but my only hard requirements are manual and heated seats. I have been a BMW motorcycle owner for the last 14 years, an R1150GS Adventure, that has over 80,000 miles and is my main daily. For the last six months it has been my only transportation and have only needed to take my wife's car a few times. However, we have decided to look for a second vehicle.
I found this one on Craigslist and spoke with him last night. The owner says he is the 3rd. All the service items he lists were done immediately after purchase about 2.5 years ago at a local independent shop. The 007 on the back was his teenage son after watching a bunch of Bond movies, ha ha. He has a Carfax already and is supposed to send it to me. I plan to call his independent shop on Monday. I wanted to get the opinion of those more familiar than me about the price. KBB is at $6900, but I know that isn't always accurate.

Thanks
Yeah, looks like a good car. Since that’s a ZHP it’s gonna hold a ZHP tax to it. So it could be a $6-7k car but since it’s ZHP they’re always gonna want more.

I figured that would be the case, but I wasn’t sure how much more they tend to command. Thanks.
The car is worth the asking price with 80k miles. I paid the same price for my zhp when it had 110k miles on it 2 years ago. I have zero regrets buying mine and plan on keeping it for many years.
$9500 is a bit steep IMO for that car having 100k miles on it.
It is pretty clean, all give it that. I'd look more closely at what has been done (and what hasn't been done) service wise.
