hi guys
i still have problem with my inpa and others softwares because my car doesn't detected on any software
here is a video on youtube showing the problem

Firstly, there is no ignition signal present when you are running INPA - you need to have your interface connected to the car and your computer when you start INPA and the ignition must be switched on (with or without the engine running). If your interface still does not detect an ignition signal, then the fault is with either a fuse in your car, low battery or the wiring of your interface. Secondly, DCAN.exe needs to be run as soon as you connect your interface to your car and computer (no need to close INPA). Thirdly, when you run INPA, you need to select the model of your car by choosing the function key which corresponds to its description on the INPA menu, then executing whichever diagnostic routine from there, from your video the problem looks like operator error.
