My race car had the Max Velocity EVO II Splitter for this rookie season. Last race of the season, I ran out of grip/talent and understeered off track on a fast right hander and ripped entire front bumper/splitter/canards off, exploding like a bomb into a thousand pieces.
Now I'm deciding whether to buy another Max Velocity, or maybe try the Hard Motorsports Splitter. My thought is, the car was very balanced and turned in well, but at timesI thought maybe I could use a bit more bite up front, so thus considering Hard Splitter because I could run it between 3.5 - 4"
I'm just curious if anyone has had any experience with them, how strong they are, where their standoff kit actually mounts up etc
thanks in advance
I just bought the Hard splitter before Christmas. It looks well made. mounts between the bumper isolators and the frame. Using the 4 studs on each side.

glad to hear. I'm curious to see how people mount it to the bumper. My Max Velocity Splitter attached to stock bumper was probably 1" higher than I would have liked it to be, so exploring options IF I bought the HM Splitter, to space it a little off the bumper and get it closer to the ground.
