That is not a particularly good deal on one. There are 2 in my area that have not been selling for months at sub-10k.
The fridge was also an extremely common option on those, so not something to consider due to rarity.

That first listing is actually a pretty good deal. Those 21" Alpinas with center caps and tires are worth about $2.5-3k in good condition. Plus, it's a relatively low-mileage car with pearlbeige interior. I believe I mentioned this in the 2017 thread, but I've seen that car for sale in the south NJ/PA area. It was previously owned by the owner of a motorsport shop if memory serves me correctly.

Second listing is also a good deal. Those basketweaves have probably thrown a lot of people off the fact that that's a Sport.

Sport package, too! Looks very nice, and the seats are apparently of the Active Comfort variety. That's a pretty rare option as far as I know.
