My mechanic's Z3 is up for grabs

My mechanic is an independent shop in NYC, A1 German Auto. He fixes only German, Swedish and Subaru. That's it. He's been fixing BMW & Me/Be since 1959. Well, not him particularly...his father and grandfather started the shop, but you get my point.

The Z3 is worn but everything is functional. I test drove it and it pulls strong, starts right up, and nothing leaks. Convertible top works. There's a few things that need to be addressed, all minuscule, I will try to get a list of those things. What you are buying with this car is piece of mind. That, and if you find yourself stuck in the first few months of ownership, my mechanic will commit to a few month warranty because he knows the car inside and out, knows work he did on it, and knows all systems are go at this point.

The different rims were on due for test purposes only. The car will come with all 4 of the rims that are on the back of the car. Part of the front lip was undergoing a color match due to being replaced, hence the visible paper.

The car has over 200k miles. It has a patina from age. It has bumps, bruises, scuffs, cracks, plastics are worn. Worn leather interior. manual transmission, shifts well and no hesitation. Clutch grabs nice. Mechanically, no issues at all.

He is asking $5500 but is slightly negotiable. Like I said, you are buying a car that has been carefully mechanically maintained, and is a daily driver. The price includes the warranty.
