How to turbo your car:
Step one. Install ecu and learn to tune and or have it tuned.
Step two. Install injectors and retune.
Step three. Install turbo parts and bits. get it running with out leaks. DO NOT DRIVE IT. Idling should be ok
Step four. Retune car
Step five enjoy
Heres Bens explanation of the e85 timing.

iirc E85 under low load low rpm requires less timing but cant remember why.

Yes, that is the video that sparked some discussion on LS1Tech, and it was confirmed by a few people that it really does carry into higher load higher RPM ranges as well.
But you definitely can't just hope to run low enough timing with 87 octane gasoline as boost rises. If you find some solid evidence that says you can, I'm sure many of us would be very interested to see it.
Still searching, even my old college text books. Gut feeling is the difference between 87 and 91 is so small that he will be able to hit 400whp. If you can make 500whp on a stock block.

I am quite surprised that there is small difference between 87 & 91 octane. Actually i knew that high octane has low flame speed but i did not know that the resistance of self igniting is close eachother. Damn, sorry but i am confused. May be i did not catch it?
e39 540i 6speed Supercharged,
E36 v8 m62 with m60 headers, Turbp HX-40 0.6-0.5bar or 9psi, custom exhaust & Turbo manifold, injectors 440cc, ECU Invent EMS-2, Mishimoto Intercooler and oilcooler, etc…
8.81:1 according to this drift build ( https://www.driftworks.com/forum/thr...-turbo.251583/ )
Still not sure if 318is pistons are 85mm...as boring out would be required
wikipedia says 84mm for m42 and 85mm for m44

Ok Gents, tqvm for all your helps. So, now i decide to go with s366 A/R 0.91. As you know that is twinscroll. My question is may i use it with single scroll manifold? If yes it is ok. If no then why?

Yes it will work but if your using it on a single scroll manifold you should just get the .88 open housing. They are the same cost.
I am looking for some used kits and notted that most of them has no Turbo numbers, just T3/T4 name. What does it mean? And what is the average price for used kit from Technics Tuning or other kits for 450WHP?
