5hp30 automatic problem

Hi all. I have 840ci 4.4 automatic. There was gearbox issue, car would not rev over 2k and not drive in d,r, or any other. But when stick it on P, was trying to move. We replaced gear box. All was good, done 30miles, after stop not going no more. Again the same problem. What could that be? Car nor rev over 2.2k and not move. Any advice or help apreciated. Thanks

What was the gearbox issue in first time?
When replacing the gearbox, did you flush the torque converter and the ATF cooler and pipes?
Ant faults found with a fault code tool?

Can the car be pushed in neutral? Sounds like the differential seized......
