Recommendations for rim paint 4 1998 BMW M roadster… I believe the color is hyper silver…. Any recommendations where I could get this paint?

You could take a rim with you and stop by a local reputable auto body shop and have them color match for you.

Bodyshop can definitely color match... That year car did come with Hyper Silver finish. I have a spare set of those from my '98.
For some reason, I thought these wheels were powder coated? I don't think paint will work too well on that? I'm Not a paint expert...

+1 'also not an expert but pretty sure powder coating is way more durable than paint.
