Does anybody know the torque specifications for the oil pressure switch? I currently have it at 20 ft\lbs but it still has a slow leak. I don’t want to crank it on and risk breaking it off
You have it at the correct torque value, might be worth removing it again to check the o-ring hasn't been pinched and letting oil past it as it was done up, before you do that though double check it is indeed the pressure switch that is still leaking and not the vacuum pump, if this leaks it will go down and coat the pressure switch making you think it's the switch and not the pump.
Did you put on a new sensor? They leak internally and oil comes out the connector. No amount of torque will seal it because the leak is not at the crush ring.
