Hi there, New to the forum.
I've combed YouTube and couldn't seem to find anyone with a video that replicates my situation.
I have a VRSF catless DP, and the rest of the exhaust is stock on my 2014 N55 435i Msport. The catless DP made my exhaust sound much better and there is no drone inside the car. I'm very happy with it.
I am interested in purchasing the Active Autowerke Axle Back exhaust for my car, but am a little concerned that this combination might be too loud and ridiculous. I don't want to be catching every cop's attention when I stroll by.
I'm wondering, DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS SETUP? If so, please comment, or even better yet, take some videos.
I'd love some more sound from my exhaust, but I don't want to sacrifice the smooth engine tone inside the car and end up with a headache every time I go for a trip.
Thanks! ( P.S. I tried searching this subject but couldn't find any results that were pertinent to my situation - I apologize if this has already been covered )
I did, but removed the AA exhaust because it was just way too loud for a DD. Between 2k-3k rpms, you could literally feel the exhaust on the driver's seat. I personally thought it sounded a bit r1c3y........
The AA with the stock DP sounded pretty good, but when I put the DP on, it went full ridiculous.

With stock midpipes it will be aggressive but not obnoxious in my opinion.
Active is not an overly aggressive exhaust
