My car was stolen, and then recovered. When I started the car all seemed ok, until I put it into gear. The car went into gear, and clutch pedal felt normal, but when given gas, the car would rev, but not move. All gears changed smoothly, but no movement in the car. I could also change gears when the clutch was not pushed in, and the engine was off. I thought it might be the clutch, as the thief probably didn’t know how to drive it, and burnt it out. Any other thoughts? Thank you!
Clutch is the likely fail point.
