Anyone want to rescue a hardtop Touring?

In the Bay area? Been wanting a sunroof-less E34T but frustrated with how rare they are? Heads up: Picknpull in San Jose just got a 525iT, which according to the picture is not wrecked, and according to this BMW VIN decoder has a roof with no holes in it. Under circumstances that I've had before - but no longer do - I'd try to buy it whole and put it back on the road.

I'm still in the market for a Touring base for my M5 swap, but would prefer a very clean whole running example. If I get a rat, I'll feel obligated to strip it completely, full body restore and repaint the shell, and then reassemble. The worst part is sourcing a complete interior in grey or black that's not in terrible shape. My donor has a light grey interior, and although I've stolen the front sportsitzen for my daily, I just can't stand the tan interiors that most Tourings came with.

Also, holiday season has me short on cash and the driveway is already overflowing...
