    Simota intake

Does anybody know if an E36 328 one of these will fit 1998 M52Tu 2.8 Z?

I have googled and searched for ages..

    Thanks

Hello - if the E36 is also a 1998-2000 then it should work, as both models have the M52TUB28 motor. Other members should confirm this as well.

Thanks for the reply. I think it will work but after hours and hours of googling I am unable to find someone who can confirm. Am not worried about maf size as I know this is the same. More concerned that it mates up with the intake ducts at the front and does not let hot air in. At the moment have ecis intake but like the look and idea of simota which looks like it keeps the hot air out and also provides more flow.

    Cheers fellow Z3 owners.

I'm like 90% confident it will not fit. z3 has different headlights design than e36... At least from e46 it doesn't fit 100%.

It will bolt up to the engine but is unlikely to make a perfect seal as in the E36
