HELP with Noise 328is

Now I don't usually do this, but I need help. I've tried to google this and haven't had mush success.

Now on to my issues. when I downshift and let off the clutch pedal. I get a grinding kinda noise. and when I upshift you can sometimes hear it.

From what I've learned from googling is that its quite possibly my clutch or more specifically the DMF is bad. I wanna make sure its that before I fork over money to get the clutch replaced. (will do my self and goes to a single mass set up)
** 1st vehicle with DMF so I'm unaware if they are bad or not **

sec 32-35 when down shift from 3rd to 2nd.
sec 44-47 when down shift from 3rd to 2nd
1:04 to 1:07 same when I go from 3rd to 2nd.

***** the creeking noise is coming from the Revshift RTAB
***** the swooshing noise is coming from the rear brakes unknown if shoes as pads are new. (will be taken care of when e46 330/328 brakes go on)
