I have a 2007 328i and I'm a single female who needs a auto mechanic crash course or info..men luv to take advantage of me and I just wanna fix my car. Plz help!? Yesterday after work I drove home, car didn't overheat, it didn't start up making any irregular noise etc. I made it home and parked and grabbed my cell to text ..since I drive safely and didn't answer a text when I was driving..I had been parked about one to two min when I heard a pop! Then smoke ..white..pouring from under the hood. I immediately shut the car off. I looked today after attempting to add water to make it four miles to a BMW mechanic like he said and it was pouring out of the radiator upper hose that connects to radiator. I felt around where I saw it coming from and felt a huge hole. Now I know that this was the "pop" I heard. What does this normally cost so I know who is trying to bend me over and rape me?! Or how can I fix this??! Thanks
Upper radiator hose is a really common failure. The part is $60 or so, and can be changed out in just a few minutes. Plan on a few extra dollars for BMW Coolant and distilled water. Assuming you have an n52, this should be the correct part.

ALso make sure that when the engine is warm, you can hear the electric radiator fans running. Many cars will manage heat when moving due to air flow from the car's movement. When you are parked with no air moving, the fans must turn on when triggered by the thermostat, or the car will overheat.
