Gmail has a unsubscribe & block feature.

There should be an unsubscribe button (or "update e-mail preferences" type thing) at the bottom of the e-mail to remove yourself from the list

Otherwise, Gmail as mentioned has a great ability to try to force to unsubscribe or just mark as spam (then it sends it straight to your junkmail, but if enough people do this, it flags all their e-mails as junk so not recommended unless as a last resort)

If it was only Turner. Seems like this year everybody has cranked up the email campaigns to 11. There could be some great deals hidden in one of them, but I’m not taking the time to wade through them all. Mass delete.
