New to me BMW 428i Coupe

Purchased a 2015 428i white exterior red interior from Dallas Texas. After having it shipped over I found several issues please let me know what will be covered under warranty.

1) backup camera not working at night ( very dark
2) rust in all wheel hubs and calipers
3) Leather is torn on driver seat
4) grille has a crack in it
5) Radio trim has some scratches
6) mechanism that brings seatbelt to you is not working

It really depends on the terms of the sale. If it was a "Buy As Is" then it's doubtful that anything will be covered. From the issues you described, it doesn't sound like it's a CPO, which could be problematic to get those issues covered. What kind of warranty did you get with it/bought?
