No power,won’t start, won’t turn over

I have a 2005 535i and i tried to get into it Heater day it’s just absolutely dead. Won’t even power up and i changed the battery. Any help or suggestions on what to do?

I used a stock battery and still nothing. Any other suggestions i mean i get no power at all!
