1995 325is E36 2.5L - Pretty damn far into my rebuild
This may be looking slightly down the road for me (a good month or two), but I want to get a new ECU and a performance chip after I get performance cams (maybe S52 cams if I can afford them). I might be stroked to a 2.8L or 3.0L (maybe 3.2L if that's possible) by then, who knows. Any suggestions...? Also, can someone explain the Shark Injector to me? What's the best bang for the buck?!
Your a 1995 car, so you're going to be OBD1 not OBD2 (Shark is an OBD2 tune).
For OBD1 cars, in the past, I've used Conforti tunes (LINK) on a host of cars (M3 '95, E30s, E34s, etc), and I've always been happy with the output and response of the car post tune. Check out the offerings and see if they have a tune which pairs up with your build plans if they do no better time than now to pick up your tune (they are on sale until the start of 2018).
