1998 BMW M3 /4/5 in Naples, FL perfect daily driver or turn into track/autox car

Up for sale is my 1998 BMW M3 4/5 located in Naples, FL zip 34119. I bought this in June with 239K miles on it. The plan was to turn it into a weekend autocross toy / occasional daily driver. Shortly after purchasing it, the head gasket blew and during the hot 4 mile drive home it ruined the original motor. I sourced a used S52 from another 1998 with 142K miles and bought it for $2,000 and sold the original motor to a friend who was going to rebuild it for his 318ti (worked out for both of us). When the motor was swapped, we also upgraded to the Stage 1 Dr. Vanos, Mishimoto radiator, new waterpump, new thermostat, new alternator, new power steering pump, and new valve cover gaskets. I just put four new Riken Raptor tires 3 weeks ago.

Prior to my ownership it received a new clutch 6/2016, bav auto ceramic pads/rotors 4/2015, Dinan springs/Bilstein shocks 4/2015, Bav auto front and rear sways 4/2015, new a/c compressor 7/2014.

The seats were redone in the same original leather 8/2014 and looks fantastic.

Absolutely NO RUST and NO accidents. Been a southern car. Black on the hood/bumper is only plastidip, otherwise original paint.

Extras: Euro style glass headlights with working halos, clear front turn signals, clear fogs, euro style tails. Also has lighted shift knob, alcantara steering wheel, and 15% tint all around.

It runs great and doesn't leak a drop of anything. A/C is ice cold, all windows work, sunroof works. Why am I selling it? I am a huge Mini fan and found a 2006 MCS I could not pass up. This will be my third MCS and it already has the mods I want. I have waay too many cars and my wife wants me to thin the herd.

Few issues with the M3:
Driver and passenger power recline function needs new green gears
Has occasional 5th gear shifter lean
