This seemed the most relevant section to ask this, where are you guys with a AP Racing kit buying your replacement rotor rings? I talked with GodSpeed but I they only sell theirs with curved slots and I am looking for straight slotted rotors. I don't necessarily need straight up AP branded ones so anything decent that will work is what I would like since they are most likely less pricey.
Any help is appreciated and if it matters I have the CP5200 kit which is 330x28.
Thanks

check with Coleman Racing, usually quite a bit cheaper than most, and great quality. colemanracing.com

Straight cane? They make those? Why would you want straight over curved? Check with Eric at brakeswap.com
It's not speed that kills, it's the speed difference that does. Obviously you aren't going fast enough.

I read a list of the 100 things you MUST do before you die. Funny, "Yelling 'HELP'" didn't make the list!
Instead of AP rings you are better off replacing them with PFC rotors in the same size. Cost the same but last 3-4 times longer.

Do the PFC or Coleman rings fit the Stoptech 332mm kit?

To piggyback on this, as someone looking at installing AP calipers on an E36, what is the best kit to do this? I know that Essex has an all-in kit with a smaller rotor. Any other complete kit I should be looking at? Currently running 17s.
I got lazy and took a while to take action on this but I have recently been in contact with Glenn at Coleman and he has been great to work with. We finally got all of the rotor details ironed out and I’ll be paying for everything tomorrow so they can start working on them. They are supplying me with the new hardware I need as well.
From my experience so far I’d say Coleman can definitely do it. I just sent them a beat to hell ring I had laying around and they got all of the measurements they needed from it and sent me a very detailed quote for the replacement set. They’ll cut whatever style slots you want on them too for a small fee.

Got the rings in from Coleman They were great to work with and the turn around was fast. I had them cut 6 slots in them instead of the 3 that came on the rings with the AP kit, thanks for recommending them.

Nice, what was the cost compared to AP? I'd go back to running a BBK if i could find reasonably priced rings.
