I'm going to be pulling a few parts from an '83 this week including a nice set of Bosch fog-lights.
How is the foglight switch removed on this car?
Pull the knob off and you will see a nut around the outside of the switch housing- lefty loosey it pushes through the back.
Thanks. Didn't expect it to be so old-school easy.
Don't feel bad, I took off the whole dash before I realized that

Never got to this but may go tomorrow. (depending on the weather)
The lights look to be the original Bosch units. Are they usually plugged into the front harness? Don't want to cut wires if that's the case.
Also don't want to be lying on the (very) cold ground trying to figure it out.

If I recall, I think it is a spade connection at the bulb.
If you unscrew and remove the lenses from the housings you can disconnect the harness from the bulb/housing. No cutting is necessary.

I don't see any wires in the front of my car. Were they prewired, (1980) or was the wiring part of the light kit?
These are the original type with the housing wider than the lens.
BTW never got to it this weekend. Cold and wet.
