That time of year, who wants them

I replace my wheel studs every year. Have made a habit of giving away the old ones as they are a stressed part and should be used at your own risk. This year I am also replacing my lug nuts so the old ones come with the studs. These are from Bimmerworld, think the are the long ones so check to see if you need or can use in the event you run spacers. Continental US only.

Good reminder. I'll get a set coming. Last year I bought the 'too long' ones from BW. This year, I really like the Apex ones.

Have used the Turner ones with the hex end but could not get them off at the year end so I just went to the bullet nose and the twin nuts for installation. Still use a torch to remove them as it makes quick work of the thread locker. Gone

You can buy stud removal tools for cheap that use hardened teeth to grasp the threaded OD. (Destroys the stud of course.) Saves a whole lot of time faffing around with double nuts, but you'll still want to torch the base to release the threadlocker.
