Hello, i’m new here to the x5 community, proud ex owner of many e39s, e46 and e38, wanted this year a new car, to be able to pull some weight to carry 4 persons with no problem, to have a good booth, so i started looking for an Bmw x5, because the taxes are very big here in my country (Romania) i decided it is going to be a 3.0d engine, next decision was about the colour, i knew what i wanted, red(imola), blue(estoril) or black, I searched for the cat for 2 months without success, i wanted to have black interior and panoramic sun roof, finally found one, it was right hand drive, found it in my country and started working on it, bought another left hand drive same year without engine but with all parts needed for conversion and did the conversion.

So made the conversion to lhd now, after that i did the fluid changes, engine and gearbox, moved then to the suspension parts, brakes, got a new pair of wheels 20” from the 4.8is version and winter tires 18”
Just a few days ago i was searching the net for some parts and found back bumper 4.8 is complete, a few time back this year changed the pan roof because the seals where bad and it was leaking.
I still need to change the bonnet and would like to find n OEM 4.8 is front bumper.

You can't possibly be living with anyone.
Between the hours you put into your projects and the fact that the house is littered with car parts, my Italian Calabreze would've crucified my Greek butt LOL
