Anyone know what size/brand fuel injectors AA uses for their stage 2 C38-92 blower kits?
Also, do they use a scaler on the MAF?

Probably 42 lb Bosch or Lucas (they are interchangeable). I think they EV1 style.
Got off the phone with AA, they said they usually used 42lb ones but sometimes used larger ones if the kit was on a race car, which this kit was. So I'll take a peek at them, if they're green they're the 42lbs, if not, they're the 60lb ones...

When I get home I can check mine. AAstage2 kit install post coming soon.
Confirmed that the kit usually has 42lb injectors but this kit came with 60lbs. Stage 2 uses a 803 MAF, no scaler box.

So you bought an AA Stage 2 kit with ECU but no injectors? On the 803 HFM, AA used to require the two grounds to be bridged in the harness, but my knowledge is dated -- I sold the supercharger and went turbo in 2009. At the time, I had the very first AA's prototype 60 lb centrifugal supercharger tune and the 803 HFM that AA had been using for a couple of years. The centrifugals drag on the crank, so one that makes 450 rwhp may also have the usual 15% drivetrain loss but also another 10% loss to drive the blower to peak rpm, meaning the crank hp for which injectors are rated is over 550 and at or beyond the safe limits of the six 42 lb injectors at BMW's 3.5 bar fuel pressure.
Nope, haven't bought the kit yet. My friend has the kit sitting in boxes and I'm interested in buying it. I'm trying to figure out what he has and doesn't have, he does have injectors but he doesn't have the ECU/Tune, so I'll have to get a tune. He didn't know what injectors he had, so I needed to identify them. With that info, I can approach TRM, RK, etc, etc and tell them what to tune for.
He also seems to be missing the MAF as well as the Rotrex traction fluid. So I really need to get with him to go through all the boxes carefully along with an inventory shipping list from a new kit to see if anything else is missing.
Last thing I want is to have the car apart and discover I'm missing a critical part...

I’d go turbo unless you need to power to be metered in slowly and predictably for track use, in which case maybe you should just buy an E46M3 or E92M3. Talk to someone like chikinhed who tracks a turbo E36M3. I think he used to have a centrifugal but can’t remember for certain.
Is this kit for an E36 M3? My C38-92 kit has 60lb injectors...I believe Bosch.

C38-92 is the biggest rotrex. It’s not a standard e36 kit. It should have 60 lb injectors.
Too far into this car to sell it for another M3. Would cost thousands and thousands to recreate the safety, braking, suspension etc this car already has.
Not interested in having 600hp, just need a little more for my time trial class.
Honestly if an S54 swap didn't cost $10-15k and I hadn't just dumped a bunch of money doing the head gasket on my S52, I'd S54 swap it

Another question, I currently have an E34 M5 clutch in my car, would that hold the power this kit makes?

Good to know, don't really wanna replace it if I don't have to.
Now I just need to try and find a tuner for this, would LOVE to not spend $900 on a tune...

I have a used 803 MAF and a few opened bottles of traction fluid leftover from my supercharged days if you are interested. I am turbo now, but I competed in hillclimbs with a c38-71 kit and I loved the powerband for the hills. I think I had 405WHP and 320ish wtq and used a JBR flywheel and sachs sport clutch, so your clutch will def hold. I miss the supercharger noises and ease of driving in competition, sure my turbo car is way faster but it sounds like a tractor at idle and is much harder to drive. You will like the setup for track, I sure did.
