    Foxwell/Schwaben BMW/Mini Scan tool

Does anyone have any experience with this scan tool. I ordered one online and am looking for any hands on reviews. Info, experiences, tips would help.

I purchased one about two weeks ago. It wouldn't read anything. Couldn't even find the VIN. I'm waiting for a new one now. Not optimistic .

I bought the Foxwell NT510 for $155 with free bmw specific module to download upon registration. Works great on my 08M3, 08 535xit, 99M3. Same as the ECS rebranded version. There is a setup and update and registration procedure.

I have it, works well for a keep in car scanner that can read all modules. You can watch real time data, but the logging function isn’t a logging function, it’s like 3 frames or something unusable. It’s basically a quick diagnostic with a few activation functions.
