I had similar mileage and a 6spd manual tranny, and I paid WAY less than that.
'98 M3 5spd - '03 540it 6spd M-Sport
Some people just go crazy because it's an 03 M-Sport... never mind the fact that you can buy a clean 2001-2002 540it for like $5k and fully replicate the M-Sport look for under $10k including the cost of the car.

A rising tide floats all boats. That being said, I'll sell my 540iT M-Sport for much less.
Maybe I'll just sit on mine and keep the miles below 120k.

I'm selling mine, 2003 factory M-Sport 6 speed, silver on black, 181,630 miles on it, clean but does have a few issues like a check engine light that has recently come on (not sure why car runs fine) seat twist (both) thumb wheel for hot/cold mix in dash not working (does not move to blue) will need brakes at some point soon (clips are rattling) rear air bags have a slow leak if left parked for over 2 weeks but are fine with daily driving, headlight adjusters are broken, some of the outside door handles are starting to fade, reverse light not working (never hooked up during conversion) parking sensors and mirrors dip not working for same reason, A/C working fine, has new BOSCH AGM battery, while conversion was being done pulled engine at same time cleaned, resealed and addressed everything except for head gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets, all new hoses for everything, new chain and guides/rails, rebuilt Vanos (Beisan kit) Looking to get $8,000 for the car as it sits (firm) got a 2014 Acura TSX for the commute and don't need this anymore....don't worry I still have my M2 & 1990 ZR-1 for fun. Registration has just expired (April) so I put it in non-op, have many photos of the car and the conversion process but still haven't figured out how/best way to post here. Thanks for the consideration.
$8000, with all those issues...., not to mention the mileage, Lmao! Thanks for the good laugh. You people out in California really do think you’re on a different planet!

Not to mention, you’re not supposed to list stuff for sale on the normal pages...

It’s the lack of water out there
Hey man! You didn’t make it to the German car show last week, was a really great little show! My only complaint, no E39’s but 3 Tourings in the regular parking lot, mine included, the BMWCCA guys had a light blue one which brought their tent, and there was a Japanred one for the “Ultra rare raving mad crowd”, and my green snot wagon. In the show, some really nice choice 3.0 CSO’s, super clean E30’s, a beautiful E30 M3 with a race prepped 3.0 out of a 98 M3, or would that be a 3.2? A super clean E28. 528 that I’m rather proud of, I restored it back in 2005, car is still in super clean brand new condition, actually gave the new owner some unknown history on the car, there were some really cool Porsche’s and a couple of 300 SL gullwings, and a super immaculate SL300 convertible that I’m sure Mercedes would be proud to take back to The Fatherland and toss into their museum. I got some pictures, but mty laptop power adapter took a big poop, pics are on a card in my camera, didn’t take any shots with my phone. I have a table top pc that I built a few years ago, packed away in boxes, maybe I’ll power it up so I can post some of the pictures.

The threat of rain kept me away even after spending some 36 hrs detailing
