Join me at MIR today for Test & Tune

Come join me today at Maryland International Raceyway (MIR) for their Test & Tune session. Track is open from 10am-6pm and I expect to be there until 3pm.

I'll be running a 2014 550i that is still stock. I've had the car for a month since selling my 2005 Jaguar S Type-R. My slightly modded STR had a best ET of 12.9 and best mph of 109. If I'm able to achieve some good launches today, this car feels like it will be several tents of a second faster...hoping for 12.6 to 12.7 seconds at over 110mph.

Upon arrival, I lowered rear tire pressures from 42 to 30 PSI and the air temps were near 55 F.

My stock 2014 550i ran as expected with runs in the quarter mile with ETs from 12.9-12.6 seconds at 110-112 mph.

After my first run I went to the track's scale which read 4475 lbs (...1/2 tank of 93 octane and I'm 240 lbs).

i was disappointed that I only had one good launch which yielded a 60 ft time under 2 seconds.
