Horrible Starting after sitting for a while

    It's a '95 325IS with 122k original miles.
Everytime I let the car sit for 3 days straight without starting it it literally acts like it doesn't want to start. It will crank and crank then start but unless I keep my foot on the accelerator and keep giving it gas it will chug chug chug then die. Even after easing off the accelerator from giving it steady pedal for about two minutes the engine chugs and chugs along and finally gets to a smooth idle. Any ideas on anything I can check?

Could be Cam sensor or fuel pump or fuel pump relay.
