Anyone from SF bay area with a working DIS/INPA ADS interface for 95 M3 S50 OBD1

Looking for a good Samaritan who has a working DIS/INPA system for ADS 20 pin that would work on my 95 M3 S50 OBD1. So far I have been unsuccessful with both the OBD2->20-Pin, as well as Tiny-ADS (serial interface on old dell), to successfully connect to my 95 M3. I have read every spec sheet and debug form to diagnose the connectivity issues I am experiencing, and am ready to throw in the towel. I am not sure if its a bad cable, some issue with EWS, possibly something with the aftermarket keyless entry/alarm that came with the car. So looking for someone with a working system to determine why my setup isn't working and diagnose my smog idle issue. I need hook it up and look at the realtime MAF/cam sensor/injector readings to diagnose why I am failing smog at idle. I can come to your location and run diagnosis on site.

    Thanks.

It took me a while, but I've got an old DELL laptop with a serial port and a 20 pin interface set-up, thanks to 328 Power 04 helping me.

All the software needed is right here in his post:

I'm in the bay on the peninsula if you're willing to make the drive. I've got three kids, so my time is pretty limited but if it's worth it for you maybe we can set something up?
