How remove battery box / tray z3M?

After removing the battery, lid and the two nuts that hold the box lid in place, the box doesn't want to lift up and out. Are there more fasteners? Or is there some sealant between the tray lip and the metal of the trunk that has glued it in place? Or is it just a tight fit and need a little persuasion?

There is sealant around the perimeter. Lots of it. Oh, and there are fasteners holding the muffler heat shields to the side. Those won't stop it from moving, but we'll make a mess of the shields if not removed.

Ive taken a jack and put just a little bit of tension on it from below to help loosen it
