WTB: Exhaust Manifold or Rear Cat

Hi - I have a 2005 325i and the rear cat has gone bad. I don't know much about cats or exhausts so excuse my ignorance. Is it possible to just replace the exhaust manifold to replace the cats or do they have to be replaced separately? Also, can I use cats or exhaust manifolds from a 330 or other models or strictly the 325? Please let me know if you're selling one!

I have a NEW rear Exhaust Manifold with integrated catalytic converter. My info is it will fit 2005 325Ci and 325Xi w/ 2.5L. Asking $300 + shipping from Texas. The unit is a direct replacement from DORMAN, P/N 674-973. It replaces OEM P/N 18407514503.
