I've had these headlights for a few years, taking off now because I'm putting the car back to stock.

Had the low beam head light lens cut by a glass company in Berkeley. The headlights have Lamin X film since day one with the headlights. I purchased the FX-R projectors from theretrofitsource.com. One thing I would say is that the beam pattern on the driver side is very slightly tilted, but you can adjust it from inside the housing. I pretty much was able to just live with it. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the light output. Comes with the Morimoto 35W DS2 Ballast and D2S XB35 4500K bulbs. Asking $350 + Shipping

Yes. i should only be to plug in the ballast and install the lights.
