BMW 325I with a rough idle after it warms up. When its cold to just past cold on the temp gage it is perfect. Its like clockwork when it warms up. I did a seafoam cleanse through the vac line and in the gas tank. It make it better, but it did not fix it.

Pull all the spark plugs and check for fouling or a wet plug. You could have a bad injector or a bad coil. INPA may be helpful, if you have an old laptop you can get an INPA cable from ebay for ~$15, put win xp 32bit on the laptop.
Your coils look original, consider getting a new set:

i personally don't trust these ebay coils. says lifetime warranty in the pic but in the description it's suddenly only one year.
Smoke test for vacuum leaks. If your oxygen sensor is very old replace it, lots of people with the 325i have fixed this issue doing that.
