    Cracked A pillar

So i bought a cheap e30 to do a v8 swap. I gutted the interior and found a lot of rot. The driver side fire wall is rotted through to the wheel well, and the strut tower is rotted and almost separated from the rest of the engine bay. I can fix that. The issue i have is a crack in the driver side a pillar/ roof. Is this fixable? Is there a possibility of the frame being messed up? I dont want to fix everything on the car put a built motor in it and then find a bunch of issues later on when i try to drive or get an alignment. So has anyone else has a similar issue? Am i blowing this out of proportion?

Pictures speak a thousand words, but from your description you have a parts car at best.
