M70 Accelerator Pedal Switch / Throttle Position Switch

What is the sensor called for the throttle position on a 750iL. The part connected to the gas pedal? I've been looking on line, but can't find a part number.

Do any of you have a part number?

I think mine has gone bad, I have to mash the gas to get it to go all the time. Then all of a sudden it feels like I'm going for lift of or my afterburners kicked in. LOL

    Thanks

I pulled the one out of my parts car, I thought it was already gone. LUCK!

For future reference, its called the Pedal Potentiometer or Accelerator Pedal Sensor. Part number may differ for yours but my 750 built in 03/89 is 12721747630 http://wwwRealOEM.com has all needed part numbers for everything in these cars and other models.

Accelerator pedal sensor very, very seldom breaks. I assume you have a different problem. Maybe limpmode sometimes. Make a stomp test to see if you can get faults.
