1985 BMW 735i E23 engine swap S38 ( M5 )

Is this a direct bolt in and has anyone ever done this swap before ?

What shop would recommend ? ( Im in ohio )

E23 Already has 5 speed with 3.73 rear end.

Anything is possible with the right amount of money. Direct bolt in? Probably not. What are your goals? Reliable? Fast? Track? This thread might help you a bit.
