I know these were hard to come by for some time now, could not find them anywhere until I found out Pelican Parts was selling them for $3.00. I just bought one. Here is the link:

I apologize if they are more readily available. I did double check again on multiple sites and bmw dealers and only got NLA back.

I guess they should update their site, this part is NLA since years. Double checked with a German BMW dealer online site: 71111115810 Delivery discontinued by the factory, Production Nov '77 - Oct '03

If these cloths don't work out, a few years ago I bought two of these from Bert Poliakoff. He's on the boards here. I PM'd him and he still has them. Not original, but definitely topped off my completed tool kit in my E32. Looks really nice.

No, Erich was right. I didnt doubt him but was hoping that by a miracle, they somehow had them in stock. They sent me an email stating that it was a mistake on their website and they are in fact, NLA

They do look nice, might have to message him for a couple. I just need that and the triangle. The triangle still seems to be available.

The correct triangle I had to get from a friend in Germany. He found it and the original first aid kit and sent it to me. There are few triangles that fit this compartment, but the first aid kit for me was a bust. Had to put it in the trunk. I have the wrong seats for it to work the right way. Supposed to slide under the passenger seat into a space. And there is a plastic clip that holds it in place. But I don't have those sport seats. I have the regular ones.
