Slight oil overfill...

I forgot i usually use four an a half quarts not an entire 5 quart jug during my oil+filter change and put the whole 5 quarts in. the dipstick is a little over full. I remember my 911 really did not like being too full and would cough oil into the intake but that was a very different oiling system with a dry sump. Are there any ill effects of a slight oil overfill with the m20?

I always put in 5 qts.
