750 '95 DME soft update

Hi there,
After deleting cats from exhaust got a fuel consumption at 22-24 liters per 100km from 18-20 prior to. Then I have disconnected rear O2 sensors and got 24-26 liters per 100km. FFE for sure, but... I decided to upload ZUSB 1429110 which is for CAT-PREP version, but have no luck - ERROR DATA WRITE says WinKFP (programming voltage was sent to pin 60 of course) for both DME. Is this flash write-protected somehow (like need UV light to erase) or it can be programmed only once when new? If so, does anybody know flash name which be installed here to replace original one?

(edit) the 95 750i V12 M5.2 dme is chip desolder to write, no?

probably. how should I make a binary to upload from .0da&0.pa files I have in WinKFP?
I don't won't to edit current firmware, of course I can download it usinf KESS or something similar and then open in WinOLS =) but I need a factory one to be uploaded
