Anyone know the exhaust system on the CSI that was featured on Petrolicious?

From the brief glimpses of the exhaust cans and tips, they appear to be Eisenmanns.

I think Taylor had all stock components - could be wrong though...

My black CSi has Eisemann Sports, RD Headers and Magnaflow catalytic converters. The Magnaflows went on last and it wasn't until I installed those that the whole system came alive sound wyse...

Yeah, Eisenmann exhausts can be somewhat “tame”. They don’t rumble, growl, and scream until being revved into the mid to upper rpms. My 850i’s “race” Eisenmanns did not “come alive” until the center resonator was swapped out and replaced with a Super Sprint x-pipe. Small amount of drone only and right at 1000 rpm, otherwise, the soundtrack is perfect.

Can you tell me what RD Headers are? I have been searching around looking.

The 850s sound tame to me no matter what you put on them. I have eissenmans on my 840 and it’s pretty mean sounding.

Replace the center resonators with Glass packs or keep the center resonator and get rid of the rear cans, Won't be tamed anymore!

I'm gonna jump into this one.

So I want to upgrade my exhaust, I love the stock end pipes tho. Don't want anything chrome just like it black the way it is. But I want a tiny bit more sound. NOT too much.

    Got a 96 840ci.

    Anyone?

    Too many to list.
I want a little more note too, I just don’t want it to be annoying on long drives. Taylor’s car video on Petrolicious sealed the deal for me. My cats and smashed anyway, so I was thinking of going straight to back cans..

Here is my thread on the custom exhaust built and installed last month. I just need to get some better audio clips. Its a bit noisy at an idle, stop lights, and driving slowly through residential neighborhoods at 20-30 mph, 1500-2000 rpm, but at higher speeds its pretty quiet. I bought everything from Summit Racing that fabricator needed to build the system. https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...80-New-Exhaust

I’ll make a video for y’all of my 840 with an Eisenmann system and post a link. I think it sounds amazing.
