On the fences with Self Leveling Suspension

I have been considering removing my LAD suspension. I understand the process of ensuring that power steering fluid can still circulate through the system. But can I use the rear strut assembly from an E34 (non LAD) or are there specific items in the elimination kit which make it mandatory to use?

    Thanks!

Fluid must be recirculating. E34 normal rear struts you can try, but probably the springs are weaker, as the E32 is heavier than the E34, also the strut mounts might not fitt, that you have to check on realoem. Strut mounts LAD and normal version are different. Deleting LAD and replacing them with normal ones is on my website below.
