I don't really want to take money but I can do a signup if you want. As soon as I sell these I'll make another set of 10 which will probably take a month or two now that its pretty well figured out. The nice thing about these is all the machine work is being done at a local CNC shop so all I have to do is counterbore two holes, press the dowels in, and check the dimensions and runout.

If your ready for it now I don't have any issues with sending you one. I was going to wait on actually listing them for sale until I got some more feedback on the first two sets but if you want to join the guinea pig club then the more the merrier.

No joke! Playing with the MS3 on the 540 has reminded me just how insanely awesome they are. I think the E36 is going to need one on it to go with the TH400...

It won’t be long before we see the e36 chassis competitive with the way we are going. Even though IRS sucks, the e36 rear irs is pretty decent.

    exciting times I tell ya

I should have wrote "tight enough to not fall out" for those. I remember making some parts for some company once and the guy told me they started putting torque specs for every fastener in there instructions for all there parts so people would stop calling and asking them.

Has anyone mounted one in an e36 with a BMW motor? Seen a few express you will have to work or cut the tunnel but I know the V8 guys don't have an issue.

Any GM V8 auto trans will work.

    Th400, Th350, powerglide, 200r4, 700r4, 4L60e, 4L80e, 6L85e, ect...

tptrsn, Das boost, you, or whoever else gets around to it first will be the first with this kit. We know a th400 fits thanks to the V8 guys. The only thing I'm curious about is how much room for a downpipe there will be for bottom mount. I think this piece of the bellhousing may need to be trimmed off. It serves no functional purpose, its where the starter goes on a chevy.

My v8 car had a ton of room. The only issue i had was the 2 drivers side bell housing bolts, the upper one was a PITA to get in and out with the shape of the tunnel. I ended up using allen bolts so i can use a ball type allen driver.

Perry, you should think about marketing these to the n54 crowd as well... If they have an 8 bolt crank that flex plate adapter will work. Now idk about the starter though.
