My Z4 has the sport suspension package and had run flats. Not a good combination to mix with bad pavement. I went for some Continental extreme pro contact DWS and am much happier with the ride. They are not noisy and have better grip in all conditions than the run flats.

Did you do anything for just in case if get flat tire.
I looked on reviews Michelin pilot sport a/s 3 has the highest reviews.
