want to make my 2011 535i into a M5?

hey guys, i want to make my 2011 535i into an M5, or at least as close as possible... i have no experience with doing anything like this so i have no idea where to start? i want to do more than just change the body, im talking software, mechanically, and aesthetically of course... let me know

Hello and welcome to the forum! This will be a massive undertaking, you'll likely find a used M5 cheaper than gathering all the parts, putting them together, and making it work. Just my 2 cents..

Your 535 will never be an M5. Don't try and make it one. The 535 responds very well to tuning, so you should start there if you want more power. If your car doesn't already have the sport package, you could change to the sport bumper for a more aggressive look to the front of the vehicle. A proper exhaust system won't net much (if any) extra power, but will give you a more aggressive sound.

Take off your 535 emblems if you like, but don't put M5 badges on. That's very frowned upon by most in the community.
