There is no question, sleeve yours if you want to make some real power. Add good rods and forged pistons, of course, then you're good to go.
Ok, after checking engine did not find any damages in cylinders. Decided to mill/grind cylinder heads and built engine with special head gascets. Tu engine has gasket with 3 metal list. 2 of them 0.37mm and one in center is 1mm. Original gasket is 1.74mm. I bought 2 gasket and put them in next position.
1. Thick 0.37mm
2. Tall 1mm
3. Thick 0.37mm
4. Tall 1mm
5. Thick 0.37mm.
Overall Thicknes is 3mm. Expected compression is 9.

My plan is decrease compression. Built engine to be able to drive car and start with instalation of front or air to water cooler as philly did. I think 90% i will proceed with Philly setup.

Step by step building my engine with new compression 8.9. Chain become tight but took chain holder or tightener (do not know exact name of that) from m62 non tu and chain now is ok.

I filled my combustion chamber by oil. Result is 70cc. Stroke length 82.7mm. Diametr of cylindr 92. We have now compression 8.9

Was that with the head on the block and with the piston at top dead center, or just the combustion chamber volume with the head laying on a bench?
