You can do it but it's probably not ideal with E85. That would be like 850 rwhp worth of fuel on pump gas through stock lines. But your tuner presumably tuned for it and told you it would be fine so it must be ok. I would want to see the fuel pressure at full load and full boost and would also be curious what the restriction is through the lines at that flow level. I had figured around 700 rwhp worth of pump gas fuel was about the limit for 8mm or 5/16 line and 51 psi plus boost. Any fluid dynamics people? I was an English major.

Found this but it does not show 5/16 line at 100 gph of flow

Might be ok for feed and the bigger issue might be the return line at lower pressure causing the regulator to back up and give a higher base pressure at idle or very low fuel needs, which can be tuned around.

My afrs in boost are okay, 12.5-12.8, my base pressure is 61psi.

I need to do some logging. The issue is I have very little open road to do so. No dyno in town either.

    E36 M3 Turbo, 2015 GTI,
Matt Mentioned that there is really no downside to going with the Aeromotive 340 or the Walbro 400. My question is the install. Is the 340 a Drop in vs the 255 Walbro? I know the 'big boy' 400 looks like a different design. He claims it already has the upgraded wiring to support. He mentioned to unplug the vac reference line and set it to 51 then it should settle at 44 with the line plugged at Idle. Sound legit? Or should I just set the duty cycle on my boost controller to kill and let the world burn....

The aeromotive is a direct replacement hardware wise. Just have to wire it in.

Dumb question, but do I just reuse the filter on my Walbro or should it come with another sock filter? I know to measure the mounting depth to ensure the pickup is at the bottom of the tank. Center Inlet, In-line, or Offset from Outlet?
