under-carriage and bumper screws, clips, etc.

My recently purchased 2004 325ic was managed by a mechanic who did not replace screws, clips, etc correctly and a lot of connections are not made. The bumper cover is loose, the wheel shrouds are loose. I'm going to put a bra on it but want everything tightened up first. Is there a "package" of clips, screws, etc. that i could order? Does anyone have a part number?
