Electrical issue (after replacing ballast)- Door lights not working Halo's etc.

I had a headlight go out. A new bulb didn't fix it, so I ordered and installed a new ballast. Still didn't fix the issue. I unplugged the battery for a while and then after plugging it back in, head light worked, but now I have a list of issues that I never had before! Power windows don't work. Halos don't work, blinkers don't work....may be other features not working, these are just the ones I noticed. I tried unplugging the battery again, but still no fix.

I've done a lot of reading - Maybe the FRM module went bad? But, that would be quite the coincidence to go bad just by removing the battery. I do have a obd2 cable for the car, but haven't gotten it working yet.

Anyone one have any ideas. Any help is much appreciated!

FRM died. Take it to the dealership. There's a warranty extension.
